Hyundai Tucson, 2.7L accelerator problem

Dear Sir, I am Professor Kamal Haji Karim, from University of Sulaimani, Sulaimani city, northern Iraq.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson,2.7L  model:2009, during these year the car had  many problem of sudden  extreme acceleration,  which led me to three sever car crush and small injuries, the problem not solved by any car experts  or repairers.By chance and accidentally   i have found the problem which attributed to  your company setting of the Fuel Injection Throttle Cable   where it anchored to the throttle body, at this place there is a small plastic nut on the guide of the cable, this nut was loosen and moved downward to  location between the cable   under the circular ring  that  rotate the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).  (see the Attached  two photos )

at this position the nut caused  the accelerator pedal not to response and the tangle with rotator ring of the TPS. when i found the loose nut,   i have removed it from the system and the car become OK. but during these years i lost about 10000 USA dollars  for repairing the car for changing the whole front parts of the my  car  three times due to car crush.  Please examine one car by your self and put the nut between the cable and ring of TPS you will see hesitating of fuel gauge (unstable idling) or extreme acceleration which causes very sever crush especially when the car is double axle type as mine car, please answer me as soon

With  my best  regards
